  • You have 14 days to return or exchange your order, counting from the day you received your full purchase.
  • Returns are only accepted if the items are in new condition: unworn, with all original tags still attached, and – where reasonably possible in their original packaging (such as a protective plastic sleeve or garment bag).
  • Would you like to return or exchange an item? Please register your return through our return portal. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels without a track & trace code.
  • Return shipping costs €3.95 per order and will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free.
  • Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5 to 10 business days.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside the official Little Solis webshop.
  • You may return items from multiple orders in a single parcel, as long as you include all relevant packing slips.
  • Important: Returns will only be accepted if the original security seal tag is still intact and attached to the garment. If this tag is broken or removed, your right to return will be void.
  • In the event that products are returned damaged or incomplete, Little Solis reserves the right to apply a reduction in value.
  • We do not accept worn items. Of course, trying them on once is perfectly fine.
