Return & Refund Policy – Little Solis

At Little Solis, we take great pride in ensuring that every piece from our collection brings you joy. If, for any reason, an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our team is here to help resolve the matter quickly and seamlessly.


RIGHT OF RETURN

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order and return the product without providing a reason.
To ensure a smooth process, please register your return by email before sending it back. Returns that are not pre-registered may experience longer processing times.

Please note:
– Regular sale items may be returned unless otherwise stated.
Final sale items or products with 70% off or more cannot be returned.
– Sale items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another size or a gift card.


RETURN CONDITIONS

– Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all labels attached and the yellow return seal (vignette) intact.
– Sale items cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged for another size or store credit.
– Final sale items and those discounted by 70% or more are not eligible for return.
– Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless unopened and unused.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

– For defective or incorrect items, all return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
– For voluntary returns (for example, if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: A €5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


REFUNDS

– Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
– Refunds are always issued using the original payment method.
– You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

– Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Register your return
Send an email to info@littlesolis.com including your order number and, if desired, the reason for your return.

2. Receive return instructions
After receiving your request, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

3. Pack the item carefully
Ensure the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging – with all labels attached and the return seal (yellow vignette) intact. Include the return authorization form if you received one by email.

4. Ship your return
Use the provided return label to send your parcel back to us safely.


IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER

At Little Solis, your satisfaction is our priority. Should anything go wrong, we’re here to assist you promptly:

Damaged or defective item
Please email clear photos of the defect to info@littlesolis.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide an appropriate solution — such as a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect item received
If you’ve received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll cover all shipping costs and ensure the correct product reaches you quickly.

Order not delivered
If your order hasn’t arrived, please get in touch right away. We’ll investigate the matter with the courier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Cancelling your order
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, you can still return the order after delivery following our standard return procedure.
