Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days in Europe.

Please note that delivery times are indicative. During peak seasons or carrier delays, your order may take slightly longer to arrive — but rest assured, it will always be worth the wait.


Shipping Fees

  • Complimentary shipping on orders above €100.
  • For orders under €100, shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.

All costs are displayed clearly before payment, ensuring complete transparency and no unexpected charges.


Order Processing

Our fulfillment team carefully processes orders from Monday to Saturday.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking code to follow your order’s journey.

Orders placed over the weekend are prepared and shipped the following Monday.
